At Eelam, we take pride in the quality of our products and the satisfaction of our community. Because many of our items are unique or produced in limited runs, we maintain a concise return window to ensure we can offer the best selection to all our customers.
1. 7-Day Return Window
- Timeframe: Items must be returned or an exchange requested within 7 days of the delivery date (for online orders) or the date of purchase (for in-store sales).
- Late Returns: Any items sent back after the 7-day period will unfortunately not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
2. Condition of Items
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unused, unwashed, and unworn.
- In the original packaging with all tags and labels still attached.
- Accompanied by the original receipt or digital order confirmation.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are considered Final Sale:
- Items purchased during "Clearance" or "End of Season" sales.
- Custom-made or personalized products.
- Intimate apparel or earrings for hygiene reasons.
4. How to Start a Return
- Notify Us: Email our support team at info@eelam.co.ke within the 7-day window.
- Ship It Back: Once approved, please ship the item to the address provided. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- Processing: Once we receive and inspect your item, we will notify you of the status. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or we sent the wrong item, please notify us immediately (within 48 hours). We will prioritize a replacement or full refund, including all shipping costs.
Pro-Tip: Since 7 days is a relatively short window, we recommend checking your items immediately upon delivery to ensure everything meets your expectations.
